All five of these stars go to John Wright, who is the best sales rep ever. Whenever he told me something, he followed through and kept his word. That is a rare thing these days. He made himself available through text, phone, and email. I applaud his ethics and professionalism. My roof was installed on time, and I appreciated that. The worst part was the excessive amount of nails all over my yard, which is also where I park. JR & Co recently replaced all the roof shingles on my parents’ home, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team identified areas of rotted roof decking and took the time to repair everything correctly rather than taking shortcuts. The workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was thorough, and the price was very fair for the quality of service provided. I strongly recommend JR & Co to anyone needing roofing work. They are reliable, professional, and committed to doing the job right.

Our experience with JR & Co started off very positive but ultimately ended in disappointment. Our original representative was excellent and very helpful in working with our insurance to get our roof approved. Unfortunately, he quit the very day our roof was installed, and that’s when things began to fall apart. We were told that everything for our July roof installation would be completed at that time, including a new chimney cover. The roof itself was done decently, but the cleanup was subpar.
